Appliance Grading Guide

Once stock arrives at our depot, our expert team evaluates each appliance based on the following information received from our suppliers:

• Customer returns within 28 days of the original purchase.

• Overstocked items that were not sold.

• Customer change of mind returns.

• Damaged returns, where any damage will be clearly highlighted.

• Faulty returns, which have been repaired and fully tested.

Each appliance is then assigned one of the following grades:

Grades Explained

• A* Grade – Unused graded appliances that may have minor cosmetic blemishes as stated (see photos & description).

• A Grade – Graded appliances with no obvious signs of use and minor cosmetic blemishes as stated (see photos & description).

• B Grade – Graded appliances that may show minor signs of use and have minor cosmetic blemishes as stated (see photos & description).

• C Grade – Graded appliances that may show minor signs of use and will have minor damage as stated (see photos & description).

• Used – Appliances with obvious signs of use and general wear and tear (see photos & description).

All appliances are carefully assessed to ensure transparency, and detailed descriptions along with images are provided for complete customer confidence.
